Thank you for scheduling your event at the Round Rock campus. Event Publicity Request must be submitted two weeks before the date of the event/program. Please take some time to review all requirements for promotional materials approval for Literature, Booths, and Banners.

To request an approval for building digital signs, please submit your marketing materials through Bobcat HUB using the Posting of Literature and/or A-Frames on University Property – Review Form. Once your materials are approved, please upload the version that includes the digital approval stamp to the form below.

The Round Rock campus currently has the following options to help promote your event:

Building Display Signage: We have monitors in the Avery Building, Nursing Building, and Willow Hall with rotating slides displaying RRC upcoming events. Please know that digital signage postings are at the discretion of each building.

RRC Social Media: A team member will post your event to Instagram stories and Facebook stories. Our social media handle is @txstrrc.

Email Communication: Campus wide email communications are sent out by both the Vice President office and Student Success team.

Promotional materials format requirements: PNG or JPEG file is preferred. PPT slide should use the horizontal dimensions, 16 x 9 inches. PDF file will NOT be accepted.
