Thank you for deciding to host your event with us at the RRC. Please make sure you fill out the appropriate form.

If you are a Texas State faculty or staff member interested in hosting an internal event:

If you are representing a non profit organization, please make sure to send a copy of your tax exemption form.

The RRC reserves the right to substitute room assignments or cancel a reservation when necessary. The reserving party will be notified in writing of the reassignment or cancellation as soon as possible.
