Practicing mindfulness in your daily life is the the evidence-based path to well-being. It is simple, but not easy.

In these courses, you will learn ways to incorporate mindfulness practices that can help you reduce anxiety, sleep better, reduce stress, and help you become more resilient.

This class will meet once a week for 4 weeks at no cost. This is a non-credit course, but you will be given a certificate of completion if you attend all 4 sessions.

A total solar eclipse will take place at the Moon's ascending node on Monday, April 8, 2024, visible across North America and dubbed the Great North American Eclipse. We'd like to invite all students, faculty, and staff to join us to celebrate!

Free eclipse glasses (ISO 12312-2 international standard) will be distributed along with moon pies and water.
Feel free to bring your food, chairs, and join in on the recreational activities while we wait for max view, which will be at approximately 1:37 pm, Central Time.
