Intro to Mindfulness Course

Practicing mindfulness in your daily life is the the evidence-based path to well-being. It is simple, but not easy.

In this course, you will learn ways to incorporate mindfulness practices that can help you reduce anxiety, sleep better, reduce stress, and help you become more resilient.

This class will meet once a week for 4 weeks at no cost. This is a non-credit course, but you will be given a certificate of completion if you attend all 4 sessions (June 7, 14, 21, 28 @ 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm in Avery 110)

Students MUST register for this course if you plan to attend.
