Food and Beverage

Catering service for functions held in university facilities may be obtained from the food service contractors listed here current list of TX State approved caterers.

Please check with the campus to receive approval prior to booking your meal service. We have no restrictions on the types of meals you choose to serve, however there is a strict no alcohol policy.

Because we have a small staff in special events, our involvement with caterers must be limited. We are happy to provide you with suggestions for suitable, well priced options. We cannot place orders for your event, but we are more than happy to greet your caterer and see them to the appropriate room. All fees and gratuities must be covered by your group prior to an RRC staff member accepting your order.
